As a rider, the pressure can really start to add up, especially if you are competitive. Not only can the expectations that you put on yourself start to feel suffocating, but pressures from others, such as trainers, owners and coaches can also leave a rider feeling like a stressed out ball of anxiety if those pressures and expectations are not managed properly.
