如果是个新组织的会议，且大家还不太熟，你作为组织者，host, 可以简单欢迎大家并顺便介绍自己:
•    I’m David from the Sales team. I’ll keep this meeting brief as I know you’re all busy people”  “我是销售团队的David。我知道你们都是大忙人，所以我会尽量把这个会开的短些。

如果想稍微解释会议目的，这样讲：
•    I’m David and I arranged this quick call because… 我是David，我安排这个电话短会是因为…

当然，在新组织的会议上，也有必要邀请其他人介绍他们自己
•    Let’s go around the table and introduce ourselves, Anthony would you like to start?” 让我们轮流自我介绍一下自己吧，Anthony，从你开始可以吗?”

还可更具体些：
•    Let’s introduce ourselves quickly - please state your name, and which team you are from. 让我们快速介绍一下自己——请说出你的名字，以及你来自哪个团队。
