👋 In today's episode, I am joined by the love of my life, Laura. 💕🔥 Tonight, we want to continue sharing our journey through cancer.

It all started when Laura received the diagnosis of stage 1A, grade 2, invasive ductal carcinoma. While it was a shock, we felt a glimmer of hope as the cancer seemed encapsulated, sparing her from chemo or radiation. 🥺✨ Given her family's history, we decided on a double mastectomy for added precaution.

Navigating the pandemic's challenges, 😷 we faced delays, but Dr. Chung, our amazing surgeon, suggested a partial mastectomy instead.

In December 2020, Laura underwent a lumpectomy, and two additional lymph nodes were tested. It was a nerve-wracking time, 😬 but we stuck together through it all.
