Since I started taking on clients again, I’ve been doing a lot of reflection on what I wish I’d known when I was going through the height of my anxiety and burnout. When you’re in the thick of it, it’s really difficult to gain the perspective needed to understand how to care for yourself and change some of the behavioral patterns that are keeping you stuck.
