I felt inspired to record this affirmation practice, as a way to help us build respect and gratitude for our bodies, and deepen our sense of self-connection. It is a short practice so that you can implement it as part of your daily routine, or listen to it whenever you feel a disconnect from your body.
This episode includes nothing other than the practice, so you don't have to think about skipping through any promo. 
Affirmations are a really powerful way of being able to re-programme the subconscious mind, and rewire those thoughts and beliefs that we have about our body. Overtime you will start to feel more positive and appreciative about yourself and your body, and see it as part of you, not as a separate entity.
