How do we practice consistency?

* The first thing you need to do is to change your thoughts.
* Law of attraction for me is like the law of relativity where what you thought of might just happen
* Simply put, your thought matters. Do not entertain your bad thought. Instead, keep your excitement over a bad mood and you'll bounce back to positiveness.
* This is a strategy from the book I was reading "The Secret" - Rhonda Byrne, which basically about the law of attraction.
* What I understand is you can manage your thought and change the way you feel.

Implementing Consistency:

* Re-assess yourself, your goals, and what you want to happen in your life.
* Focus on your listed goals.
* Set realistic goals
* Do things one at a time.
* Keep your time open for sudden disturbances or distraction
* Keep a spare time to make up for what you've missed.
* Strengthen Determination
* Believe in yourself
* Take Action
* Take care of your health.

 

Consistency is all about your thoughts and action. Think, Focus and Act. That's all you've got to do.
