It's that time of year again! We are "falling back" this week and losing an hour of daylight. I know that this time of year is always a struggle for me and can be such a difficult transition. In this episode we will talk about ways we can ignite our own inner light in order to find motivation, joy, and creativity during these darker days of the season.
