Today I talk about the inner critic. Why it shows up, how it shows up and I offer simple and practical tools to hear this voice and be able to quiet it as the same time.

What can we do with this voice? Can we get rid of it? How?
What if this voice is being realistic rather than critic?

The inner critic's voice very often takes the lead and makes tasks and I can say, life in general, much harder. Very often it does so by standing as an obstacle between where we are and  where we want to go, our goals and dreams…
