Hiii everyone! It’s a new year and I am so excited to be back on the podcast, I missed you all so much. I thought it would be great to start off the new year with a Q+A about relationships, feminine energy, personal responsibility and all the juiciness in between. Your questions are so potent we tackle a lot in this one including how human connection is so intricate and necessary to our existence but how it’s still important to make sure you can be happy on your own; creating new relationships with men if you’re struggling with a past trauma wound (even letting the guy at the grocery store carry your bags is a start!) and asking men for what you need in a way that makes them actually hear you.
