If you are in the athletics world, odds are the word 'macro' is not new to you. It's actually not new to most people. What's unfamiliar and mysterious is the term "counting macros." Most people don't know how to go about tracking calories and the type of food they eat so as to achieve certain calories and macronutrients goals. While counting macro is fairly simple, it can be a challenging task, especially for beginners. Beth Hall is a mom, a wife and a coach with Team Boss Bodies. Beth began competing in 2013 and won 1st place in her first-ever show. Through perseverance and dedication, she earned her pro card in 2016 at the Miami Nationals. As a result of her extraordinary enthusiasm for living a fit and healthy lifestyle, Beth delights in helping others do the same. She enjoy teaching her clients balance and helping them meet their goals while enjoying the process. Beth believes that you can achieve anything you want as long you work hard enough for it. Her goal is to ultimately make in the Olympia stage.
