"Eero Saarinen—An American Versailles" opens Friday in the Susan Schmeichel Gallery at NCM&HS and runs through Dec. 31. The exhibition features photographs, furniture, objects, sculpture and video from the Design Center at General Motors in Detroit, a sprawling campus that Saarinen designed.
