Change is not only scary af but it's also hard because once we get to the place where we are ready to change, usually to the point of being desperate for it, we then have to accept the fact that it won't happen quickly .. especially not overnight. No matter how much we want it to 🫠 In this episode, I share about my own journey and struggles with change plus I also dive into expectations and my relationship with anger.
