You have to know this:
1. Fear doesn't go away, you have to get used to it, everytime you give a step forward it diminish and you get more confident.
2. Feel comfortable with the uncomfortable.
3. In order to overcome and handle it you have to have a deeper reason to learn that language.
4. Don't let toxic people bury your dreams and illusions and future possibilities.
5. Be strong and push yourself a little more everytime.
6. The self talk it's important, be careful, be positive.
7. Enjoy the process.
8. Communication and interaction are super important.
9. Take micro actions that lift you up.
