In the second part of this public lecture Dr Harbhajan Singh refers to the function of the positive power and the negative power that work in this world as well as in the human body. There is one and the same Power working for all humanity that manifested in the competent Masters, whereas hundred-thousands of self-styled ‘masters’ claim to be spiritual teachers or Gurus. Most of the seekers are misguided in two points: Who is the Masterpower? What is meditation? If one understands the secret of the third eye and knows about the Masterpower, one cannot be misled on the spiritual path.

Further it is explained what are the four coverings on the soul, what means ‘mind-ridden soul’ and what is going on in the astral plane, and a distinction is made between negative and positive experiences during meditation.
