Summary

We live in a world where as women, many of us want to please others. Sometimes in our efforts to please everyone else we forget about ourselves. I have struggled with this for many years. One of the ways I truly started to shift my life and reclaim my power was by getting more comfortable laying down boundaries! Are you able to lay down boundaries that serve you and honor them?
