Welcome back to me!

Hello there! I haven't been active again as usual but I'm trying my best to work on my goals. I realize that I just have to start small. No need to overthink and overwhelm myself with lots of things. The reason it's not working out for me is, that in my mind, change is a huge thing.  It is more of a life-changing and not a lifestyle.
