Once you lock down your purpose statement you can then ask the question, “To what end?” By answering this question, you can usually get to your Catalyzing Statement. Having a well-crafted Catalyzing Statement creates an energy and positive reinforcement about what you are trying to achieve. It is a decision-making tool that informs yes or no; I.e.
