Have you ever considered that it's actually okay to be whatever or whoever you are right now?
I'm serious.
I think a lot of the time we strive to be bigger and better so much that we forget to think that right now might actually be pretty cool if we allow it to be.
Broke? That's okay.
Struggling with your business? That's okay.
Overweight and out of shape? That's okay.
I'm not saying you should just accept it and stay as you are forever.
It's also absolutely okay to want to be better and achieve bigger and better things.
But wanting to change or grow because you dislike yourself right now I think is a recipe for being in a constant state of chasing something in the future to make us happy
I explain more in the episode.
I really enjoyed this episode as I did it pretty much off the top of my head with no planning, which is why I maybe have a bit of a mad ramble towards the end :)
