"Certainly I'll be happy when I'm retired, or when I get this gig, or when I  . . ."

Maybe you have caught yourself thinking something along those lines. But what if it were possible to be happy right now, regardless of your circumstances?

The truth is, that you are just as capable of joy now as you ever will be, and you are also just as capable of feeling uncomfortable emotions now as you ever will be . . . yes, even when you have finally made a million dollars and have a perfect career.

So I say, might as well start feeling some joy now!
