#072: How to Stand Out in the Marketplace & Create Customers For Life With Vance Morris

Listen Later

In this episode, I am joined by Vance Morris.

While working at Disney years ago, Vance learned all of the systems and processes that go into providing the best customer service on the planet. After studying how this works through his experience there, he started his own company and applied what he learned. This lead to:

  • his company being able to charge more than his competitors, creating higher profits with less work
  • his employees sticking around because they don’t have to work as hard as the employees in the other companies
  • creating customers that stick around for life because of the impeccable customer service provided
  • Eventually companies started coming to Vance for his help so that they could do the same for their businesses. Vance now teaches others how to WOW your customers, stand out from the competition, and build a business that attracts loyal, high-paying clients who will stick with you for the long haul.

In this conversation, Vance shared some ideas of packages that business owners can provide for their customers, as well as guarantees and bonuses that stand out in the marketplace (many which don’t cost much or anything at all).

He also shared how to create emotional engagement with your customers so that they will stick around for life.

And he even shared how to be the authority in your niche by writing a book in one weekend (this tip was pure gold).

If you are wanting to stand out in your business to be able to create price elasticity and keep your customers for life, this episode will help you.

    Enjoy the episode!
