In fact, I think it's a really cool place for people to build relationships and learn new skills. School provides you with practically everything - opportunities, exposure, networks and a certificate. However, what they don't teach you is how to market yourself.

Imagine going to school and being an expert at whatever you've learnt for the past 3 to 4 years but you have no idea how to express your knowledge. If you don't do that, nobody's going to want to hire you.

And this is where school has failed you.
