When it comes to working on our goals, let's not confuse a lack of time with having no time. 

The truth is, even if we've only got 10 minutes to make something work, if we want to, we can usually make it work. 

Don't get me wrong, this isn't about being "on it" all the time like some weird personal development monk. 

But it is about being intentional and honest about how much time we do have, and working with it.

Not against it.
