Stephan Neff an Anaesthetist in New Zealand and an alcoholic in recovery. He has gone through hell but kept going and has learned what to do to keep sober. Stephan has been to rehab and has taken one tiny baby step after the other until now where he lives a life so beautiful he could have never imagined in his wild­est dreams. Stephan is not religious. but the 12-step program worked for him as it can with many others. He saw it as a blueprint of how to save a failing business.
