I truly believe that we will always have thoughts that don't support our goals, dreams and what we want to accomplish in life.

(hello shitty thoughts)

I mean our brains are designed to just that.

That doesn't mean these thoughts are telling you the truth OR that they can't be weakened. 

BUT, how do we not let these stop us from doing the dang thing.

How do we learn to work with them, take away their power and still keep going when you believe certain things to be true that just don’t line up with those goals?

This week, I dive into one of my go to exercises that I always use when I feel a belief sneaking in that I have to dissect so it doesn't stop me from achieving my goals.
