This week, we discuss the worshiping community, and the common grace city-state. First we talk about how important it was that God swore an oath to Cain. Next, we talk about how God uses the State to keep things from being as bad as they could possibly be. Yet we also talk about how the State is like a wild animal that can harm us. Finally, we talk about how we should care for people made in God’s image, no matter our politics.
