We now live in an instant gratification world. Not only are we connected instantly, but expectations around business owners in the online space have changed too.

So many business owners are spinning their wheels, working 7 days a week, checking messages and emails ALL the time and feeling pretty icky about their business.

I get it. I have experienced burnout twice before and know this feeling all too well.

BUT, I also know the flip side.

I have been super intentional about building a business that feels good, one that uses social media as a tool not an end all be all and do not spend copious amounts of time responding to messages, answering calls and being connected all the time.
