You know what gets us excited? Surrounding ourselves with other people who are excited.

Sounds simple, but it is amazing how little we see consistent enthusiasm and excitement from people in our industry. It is the most infectious (in a good way) attribute we see, and when you start talking to someone who is energetic, positive, and just flat out happy to be with you, you can't help but feel good.

This week we're talking with JP Luz. the man we immediately thought of when we said 'enthusiasm'. He is a realtor who spreads his happiness and genuine interest in other people everywhere he goes.
