Happy New Year…

I hope your year is off to a great start. I love the energy of a new year, the feeling of a fresh start, a blank canvas.

As I’ve been setting my intentions for the new year, I’ve also been having to make some big decisions in my life.

One of my secret weapons when it comes to decision making is automatic writing.

I’m a huge believer in trusting your gut and listening to your heart and following your intuition.

And, although I’ve gotten better at this over the years as I’ve worked on it, sometimes I still feel a little conflicted or unclear and I need a little help.

That’s where automatic writing comes in.

Automatic writing, for me, is a practice that allows me to call on my guides, angels, and ancestors for help when I need it. And it always, without fail, blows me away how clear I feel after I do it.

In this episode, I will walk you through an example of my automatic writing practice. I’ll show you exactly what I did to get help with a big decision that I had to make recently.

I started off feeling unclear, and came out of the exercise feeling completely confident and sure… which, as I said, is very typical for me when I implement automatic writing.
