Ian brings on our Recruiter, Armand Walker, to share his story, from coming to know Christ to becoming a student and then a staff member at Elim.

Armand Walker is the Admissions Recruiter at Elim Bible College. He grew up in Buffalo, and after giving his life to Christ, came to Elim as a student to deepen his faith. He's an Elim graduate with a heart for worshipping God and helping others to grow in their relationship with Him.

Ian Laird is the Servant Ministry Coordinator and a Marketing Assistant at Elim Bible College. He and his wife, Bridget, met at Elim, graduated together in 2023, and have been leading worship together for years, currently serving Elim and at Covenant Life Church in Henrietta, NY. They share a passion for helping people glorify God and know Him in spirit and truth, and are honored and excited to travel and minister with the Servant team.
Ian is also a graphic designer, and has worked with multiple non-profit organizations and upstart Christian music artists to help them communicate their story beautifully and effectively. You can view some of his work here.
