Dr. Mark Rutland is the founder of Global Servants, which he began in 1977 with his wife, Alison.

Over the years Dr. Rutland has served as the Senior Pastor of Calvary Assembly in Orlando, FL and a University President at Southeastern University in Lakeland, FL and Oral Roberts University in Tulsa, OK. A native of Texas, he was educated at the University of Maryland, Candler School of Theology at Emory University in Atlanta, and holds a Ph.D. from California Graduate School of Theology.

Through Global Servants, Rutland has traveled in missionary evangelism around the world and founded ministries in Ghana and Thailand. The House of Grace home for tribal girls in Chiang Rai, Thailand was founded in 1988 and houses over 100 girls. He also is a sought-after speaker for leadership seminars and conferences in the U.S. and abroad.

Kenneth Wagner is the Lead Pastor of UNITED Church. Pastor Kenneth attended Southern Wesleyan University in South Carolina, where his passion and calling for ministry came to life. Throughout his college career, when he wasn't playing on his college baseball team, he was leading a Campus Ministry with a few of his closest friends. It was in college that he met his wife, Sherry. Together, they moved to Delaware, where Pastor Kenneth spent seven years as a Students Pastor in Harrington, Delaware. Then, in July of 2013, Pastor Kenneth felt a clear call to plant UNITED Church. 

Partnering with the Association of Related Churches (ARC), UNITED Church was born on September 20th, 2015. On launch day, we saw 515 people in attendance! Since that day, UNITED Church has grown to have two locations in the State of Delaware and has reached thousands with the life-giving message of the gospel.

Sean Feucht is a missionary, musician, activist, author, and speaker. He married his high school sweetheart Kate, and together with their four children Keturah, Malachi, Ezra, and Zion, Sean travels the world sharing the life-changing power of the Gospel.

Sean founded multiple global movements and was one of the earliest and most vocal critics of government attempts to shutter churches and silence worship in 2020. Sean’s heart is to witness a generation of bold, burning hearts with sacrificial pursuit after the Presence of God arise across the nations of the world.

Michael Guertin founded CABOOSE! in 1991 in Reading, PA. Then a full-time children's pastor, his vision and goal was to start viable children's ministries in as many churches as God gave him the opportunity and grace to do.

The name CABOOSE! came to Michael as he pondered what to name the new children's ministry he was starting in a city famous for shopping outlets and the first billion-dollar corporation in the world: Reading Railroad of "Monopoly" fame. Children are always at the end of a church's "line of cars," hence, CABOOSE! is dedicated to seeing all age groups of Jesus' Church have meaningful and intimate encounters with the presence of the living God via His Word and His Spirit in a setting geared to their age.

Guy Gabriel is the Pastoral Liaison at Elim Bible College and the Interim President of the Elim Alumni Association. He has been a pastor, youth minister, and camp director, among other things, in a long career of serving the Lord ever since he came to Christ as a young man. Chris Ball is a pastor at heart, and a sought-after speaker and mentor. He is a graduate of Elim Bible Institute. He served as Senior Pastor of Lighthouse Community Fellowship in South Butler, NY for 27 years, and watched the church grow from 35 to over 350 in Sunday morning attendance. 

He served as Elim Fellowship’s Syracuse Area Representative for 17 years, and as General Secretary and a member of the Council of Elders for 8. In 2015, Chris was elected President of Elim Fellowship, and faithfully served in that office for 9 years. Today, Chris continues to serve on the Council of Elders.

Carol Ball has spoken and ministered prophetically in conferences nationally and internationally. With Chris, she co-founded and served as co-senior pastor of Lighthouse Community Fellowship for 27 years.

She has served Elim Fellowship since 1998 in various leadership roles, including Syracuse Area Women’s Representative and Women’s Representative for the Central New York Region. In 2013, she accepted the position of Director of the national Women's Department and continues to serve in that role today. Carol is also the founder and director of MADE MVMT, a ministry that encourages and empowers next-generation women in ministry. In 2019, Carol became Assistant US Ministries Director and continues to serve in that position.

Chris and Carol make a great leadership team and are available to minister throughout the US and around the world. They have been married for 37 years and have 3 adult children who are married and three grandchildren.

Dr. Danuta Case is currently serving as the Executive Vice President and Provost of Elim Bible College, overseeing all day-to-day college operations and ensuring that EBC’s programs and curriculum are closely aligned with both the institution’s mission and purpose, and educational standards and requirements.

Prior to joining EBC, she served in a leadership role at Warsaw Theological Seminary for 16 years, where she also started and chaired a student scholarship foundation. She has extensive teaching experience and has chaired various departments and committees, including college assessment teams. Having an MS in Computer Science, she has also functioned as a Program Manager, Computer and Database Designer, and Computer Consultant. Presently, she also continues to minister with her husband Tim at Covenant Life Church in Henrietta.
