Our heroes wake up to a bit of trouble as a ravenous (and rancid!) vine monster attacks the outpost where they had spent the night. As if that weren’t bad enough, they also have their first encounter with Bloodthistle, the weed that refuses to die, and realize that they really need to figure out a way of dealing with the deadly plant permanently. Fortunately, they learn that moonflower can be used as a handy poison to keep the plant in check. Moonflower...now where have they heard that name before...
