Hello everyone, my name is Obinna and today we are talking to Marlyne, a Masters's student at Duke University Studying Data Science whilst also being a software development intern at Nvidia. If there was anyone in this life that I would personally measure a strong work ethic against it would be her and it’s something I’ve respected from afar for a long time. In this conversation, we talk about the decision and process around finding and choosing a master's degree. The struggles of getting outside of academia to get real-world experience and finally the struggles of switching cultures where being a thriving woman in STEM was once a norm to where it’s now a barrier. Hope you enjoy the episode.
