Welcome to the brand new studious heart podcast. Today's topic is about life balance. How funny that we think life is all about one thing. For example, I wanted to work on this podcast and think that my life is all about podcasting. I wanted to vlog and think that my life is all about vlogging. I wanted to exercise and think that my life is all about health.

On the contrary, if we have so much on our plate we struggle to fit in all our activities in a box thinking that we can do all things easily. Then ended up being disappointed with discontentment. We try to squeeze it in not knowing that we don't have to stress ourselves and that things can have order.

Have you felt burned out with things that you always do?

I have.

I even felt fed up with things I haven't even done yet and ended up hating myself for it.

Sometimes, the answer to our problems lies in between our actions. We even know the solution, but we're just too stubborn to listen to what our subconsciousness is saying.

All we need is to think deeper and examine ourselves.

In this podcast episode, we will be talking about the signs that your life is out of balance and then determine how we can counter-attack these signs and then find happiness in life.

I'm sharing with you guys my personal experience; how I've gone through this issue and how I'm progressing and maintaining balance in life.

Life isn't exactly how we perceived it. It needs deep understanding and thorough investigation so we can present ourselves best.
