Fearless Beauties was created after Mary noticed that there was a gap in esthetic education -- very little mention of how to treat skin of color. In fact, most estheticians needed to take specialized courses to get the necessary training. As our population continues to become more globalized and diverse, it’s more important than ever to educate our estheticians on how to be inclusive when treating clients. Everyone deserves to feel beautiful and receive superb service, regardless of their race. In this week’s episode, Taylor and Mary discuss their 101’s on treating skin of color, bringing in special guests; Robyn Sutton, Lyneise Wilson, and Tracey Donley.
