My next guest helps people to align their inner and outer selves for a more joyful and peaceful life. During her nearly three decades as a licensed clinical social worker, psychotherapist, and coach, Tanya Cole-Lesnick has run hundreds of therapy groups. She finds therapeutic groups are an incredibly powerful way to foster emotional growth.
While in her mid-20s, Tanya started seeing a therapist who suggested also attending group therapy. She shares how group helped her understand that she wasn’t alone and unlovable but that she was human. She also realized the importance of being vulnerable in a group setting.
In this episode, we also talk about clearing your energetic clutter and tuning into your own energy levels to be in alignment with yourself, and what to do if you're constantly getting depleted, especially as moms taking care of everyone else before ourselves.
