Today I have the privilege of talking to Todd Linder

Todd, together with his wife, recently started a company called Launch Point. The company helps young professionals get unstuck and determine their next career move.

Having gone through his own experience of being stuck and experiencing anxiety over his career, Todd shares the lessons and tools he learned to find his way.

What I especially like about Launch Point is that they have put together a solution that is affordable for young professionals. You will know by now that I am a big advocate of finding a coach, but coaches are expensive. It helps when companies like Launch Point take that into consideration and meet young professionals where they are at.
