Claudia is a Career Coach and she helps Career-Driven Professionals get the jobs they want at salaries they love-- even up to $50k in salary increases. She's been featured in Forbes, MSNBC, and Business Insider named her one of the 'Top 23 Most Innovative Career Coaches of 2020". When she's not helping clients, she can be found Latin dancing on a beach somewhere with her husband.
I thoroughly enjoyed my conversation with Claudia. I have always been a little confused about what it is career coaches actually do and in this conversation, Claudia clarifies exactly how a career coach can help you reach your career dreams.

Today I have the privilege of talking to Richard Shell, author of The Conscience Code.
Richard, a senior faculty member and Chair of the Legal Studies and Business Ethics department at Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania, and author of the forthcoming book, The Conscience Code: Lead with Your Values. Advance Your Career. [HarperCollins Leadership - June 8, 2021].
Shell has noticed a disturbing trend in recent years: more and more MBA students are arriving at Wharton as “ethics refugees,” who have quit their post-college jobs after being pressured to engage in unethical, sometimes illegal behavior they knew to be wrong. Nobody prepared them for the tough conflicts over values that are an increasing problem in professional life. With The Conscience Code, Shell aims to do just that.
Definitely get your hands on Richard's book. You can find it by clicking on the following link.

Today I have the privilege of talking to Ben Cooper.
Ben is a former international lawyer, having practiced law in Australia and in London's financial services district as a litigator, but is now based in the US. He now helps college students and professionals, at all levels, to explore their career options, execute a career switch, or to develop their existing careers.
He just launched a podcast called the Professionist. In this show, Ben talks to different professionals about their careers and what it is like working in that specific career. Definitely check it out. Ben has found that many students limit their career choices to the well-known field such as lawyer, doctor, software developer, or marketer. With the Professionist podcast and as a career consultant, Ben tries to broaden the options for people and show them all the different professions available.
I am excited to share this conversation with you.

Today I have the privilege of talking to Jennifer Welsch.
Jennifer spends her time demystifying the stock market for new investors. She was introduced to investing in 2008 when the stock markets crashed along with the economy. I was a waitress in Chicago, scraping by and accumulating credit card debt like a competitive sport. My dad was a stockbroker.
After landing a great job in New York City with a start-up, Jennifer’s interest in investing took a backseat but resurfaced during the crash of 2020. Since then, she has been obsessed and has helped many people on how to approach investing.
We had a great time talking about her career, her experience with credit card debt, and some of the tips she has for graduates in terms of personal finances.
Getting your personal finance right in your early twenties is so important. It will make all the difference.
Today I have the privilege of talking to Andy Storch.
Andy is the author of Own Your Career Own Your Life. A book that shows you how to stop drifting and start taking control of your career and life. This book is full of advice, habits, and actions you can take. I thoroughly enjoyed reading it and also learned so much from it.

Today I have the privilege of talking to Todd Linder
Todd, together with his wife, recently started a company called Launch Point. The company helps young professionals get unstuck and determine their next career move.
Having gone through his own experience of being stuck and experiencing anxiety over his career, Todd shares the lessons and tools he learned to find his way.
What I especially like about Launch Point is that they have put together a solution that is affordable for young professionals. You will know by now that I am a big advocate of finding a coach, but coaches are expensive. It helps when companies like Launch Point take that into consideration and meet young professionals where they are at.
So if you feel:
• Uncertain about the future
• Overwhelmed by the direction to take
• Fearful of choosing the wrong job
• Stuck on what to do next
Definitely check out Todd’s organization
I loved our conversation and am excited to share it with you.
