083 Make sleep a priority

Once a year, on the Friday before Spring Vernal Equinox, we celebrate World Sleep Day. This year it is on the 18 March. It is an annual event, intended to be a celebration of sleep, and make us aware of the importance of sleep and that it is one thing we should never take for granted.

In this episode we talk about whether we get enough sleep and how much sleep we really need to live an optimal life. We also provide tips for better sleep, so make sure to tune in.
