I mean I think EVERY single one of us had trouble at some point starting or making a habit stick. Myself included, I am a self-pronounced habit queen.
While on vacation, I learned a HUGE lesson around making habits stick.
I mean like the best of us, when implementing new habits, it can be H-A-R-D, frustrating, and an overall pain in the arse.
We have temptations, we have distractions, we don’t have “willpower”, and many find themselves falling back into old habits and away from new ones.
Sound familiar?
And then? Well we find ourselves defeated and we start the dialogue of “I can’t change!” Then we feel bad about ourselves and usually pick up a bad habit that makes us feel better pretty easily. URG!
But, what if it didn’t have to be this way? What if it didn’t have to be so hard? What if there were a few changes you could make to actually follow through? To have success?
