In this episode, Julie invites Savannah to listen to a letter from a listener who just wants to be "one of the girls". She just wants to be able to comment on a woman's clothing choices or accessories and be able to get those same words of affirmation in return. On a more deeper note, she would love to dress more feminine or carry a little pink Coach purse so that she can be complimented and validated for her feminine spirit. In a world of cliques and have/have nots, it is important to have a loving support system filling your feminine wings to lift you to greater soaring heights. All people, in whatever form they take, needs and deserves validation in whatever form they choice to express themselves. Wanting to belong to a group and wanting to feel the loving warmth of true validation is not only wanted, but also well deserved.

SAVANNAH HAUK is the author of “Living with Crossdressing: Defining a New Normal” and “Living with Crossdressing: Discovering your True Identity“. While both focus on the male-to-female (mtf) crossdresser, “Defining a New Normal” delves into crossdressing and relationships and “Discovering Your True Identity” looks at the individual crossdressing journey. Her latest achievement is a TEDx Talk entitled "Demystifying the Crossdressing Experience".
