Green Apples (baked is a great dessert)

Seeds (sunflower, sesame etc.)

Cannot Haves:

All Fruits (except Green Apples, sour, tomatoes and lemons)

Fermented things (eg. Soy sauce, pickles etc.)

Vinegar (acidic)

Peanuts

White Rice

White Potatoes

White Flour

White Potatoes

Wheat

Alcohol

Good Snack Ideas:

Veggies and dip

Almonds and Carrots

Green and Red Peppers cut up

Rice Crackers (brown if possible)

Almond butter

Lemon water (with sweetener added)

Essentials List:

Stevia  (potent natural sugar substitute)

Xylitol (great for gum health, also natural)

Healthy Soy Sauce substitute (Braggs Amino Acid)

Probiotic (pills at Health food store)

Green Drink


Remember: This is only a cleanse so you only have to make it through a week to 10 days! Happy cleansing!
