In this episode, I focus on the value of responsibility and connect it with my collaboration with Boris Grundl, during which I contributed to the development of the Responsibility Index.

Responsibility is a topic that can create both motivation and pressure.

I explore different dimensions of responsibility, with particular attention to leadership and self-leadership.

Ultimately, responsibility is both a value and an attitude that emerges from within a person and can also be consciously developed.

If we could strengthen responsibility in our society and across the world, it would become a significantly better place.
