RECAP - Traveling solo hasn't always been rainbows and butterflies. Some of the greatest growing opportunities has arose when I let myself be and feel what is going on in my body. As triggers and internal responses come up, sometimes the hardest part is to SLOW DOWN to allow your body to experience the emotion. Sometimes we THINK the easiest thing is to speed up our life, but in turn, we might just be missing out on whatever sign is before us. Whatever lesson life wants us to learn. 

Exercise -

1. Notice do you crave more or less in your life.
2. Give yourself that; even if slowing down feels really uncomfortable and new for you, it might just be what you need. ex: rest, journal, walk, move your body, reflect on your own, paint... etc.
