In this episode, Cristina Clark, your Carnivore Lifestyle Coach, will walk you through simple, sustainable steps that help you feel better and see real change without obsessive tracking.

You will learn how a low carb, carnivore approach built on real animal foods supports fat loss and consistent energy. We cover how to reduce grains, seed oils, sugar, and processed foods, how to build meals around protein and healthy fats, and how to keep meal prep simple so you stay consistent.


I also share how to use easy movement, short post-meal walks and two gentle strength training sessions each week, so your workouts support healing instead of burnout. Most of all, you will practice one small mindset shift at a time, so change sticks.
