😬 Either Say Ouch or Amen

The fact that so many women struggle with rest tells me that the enemy is doing his job at keeping us disconnected from Yah. Rest is a reflection that we are NOT dependent on ourselves but rather the unlimited power of our God!

Rest Defined: cease work or movement in order to relax, refresh oneself, or recover strength.

* True rest is connected to Yah Scripture Reflections:

* Psalms 127:2 - It is vain for you to rise up early, to sit up late, to eat the bread of sorrows: for so he giveth his beloved sleep.

* Isaiah 30:15 - For thus saith the Lord GOD, the Holy One of Israel; In returning and rest shall ye be saved; in quietness and in confidence shall be your strength: and ye would not.

* Matthew 11:28-30 - Come unto me, all ye that labour and are heavy laden, and I will give you rest. Take my yoke upon you, and learn of me; for I am meek and lowly in heart: and ye shall find rest unto your souls. For my yoke is easy, and my burden is light.

* Rest is a command

* Your inability to rest reflects a mindset that believes that our strength is enough.
