A guided tour of the world's 17th biggest landfill isn't quite what it's cracked up to be. Though to be honest, no one really built it up that much.  There's an old saying, "one man's garbage is pretty much straight up garbage" and we're going to try our best to find whoever was responsible for this unhelpful statement.
