This can be a very difficult task when you embark on this journey by yourself. That is way I have engaged others to help me. I believe that everyone should have a mentor to help them with the above-mentioned task. Fortunately for me I have several. About 20 years ago I asked Jay Farmerie, CWT if he would mentor me. Lucky for me, he said yes. Because of our relationship, I have someone who is engaged in helping me find my blind spots to uncover what I don't know I don't know.
