So over this past week I’ve had so many conversations with women from all walks of life.  Through counseling sessions, speaking engagements, emails, and DMs I’ve heard from women from all around the world, literally, and through those conversations, I’ve learned one very important secret and that is that most of you have the same feelings.  Woman after woman whom I spoke to expressed the same concerns and they were all rooted in fear, worry, and anxiety.  In today’s episode, I want to help you by giving a few pointers on how to handle the anxiety that you may be feeling and inspire you to get out.
