Christina joins Dave on the podcast this week to discuss her backstory, motivation for entering into Audiology, why she gravitated toward the vestibular side of the profession, her residency at the American Institute of Balance, and how she helped to design & implement AIB's new "MatchMe" Program where the AIB helps to train students in clinical vestibular audiology and connect students with AIB Centers of Specialty Care for the student's externship. 

The two discuss the advantages for young Audiologists entering the field to gain specialty experience and how the AIB is helping to foster and facilitate that experience. In addition, the two discuss why MatchMe is so advantageous for existing practices who might be interested in obtaining young talent that specializes in vestibular audiology and are unsure where to locate said talent.
