This first episode I take you on my life’s journey. I talk about my parent’s separating at a young age, moving houses a lot, seeing my mother get physically abused at a young age, getting a sports scholarship to one of the most prestigious private schools, not making the AFL, meeting my future wife, grinding away at 3:30am every morning unloading containers, battling depression, playing 9 years in the vfl system, having 5 surgeries including acl and back surgery, getting married to Nikki, finding out horrific and life changing things about my now estranged mother, winning 2 VFL premiships and setting up The Performance Club all at the same time. Turning a dream into a reality, Pivoting through Covid and becoming a father and why becoming the best father and husband is SO important to me.
